A proud member of

Reading Ambassadors

20.09.2024

This week, a small group of children were selected to be the school’s reading ambassadors. The role involves promoting a love of reading across school, organising reading events and acting as a reading role model to others. The team had their first meeting and the children are already bursting with ideas! They have some exciting plans for National Poetry Day and they have also chosen new books for the library. After the first meeting, Isla said, “I wanted to be a reading ambassador because I love reading so much and I want everyone to love it as much as me!” Amelia added, “I want to make sure that everyone has fun by sprinkling the magic of reading around our school!”

Congratulations to the following children for winning an achievement award at Tuesday’s assembly.
