Recently, the children in our Reception class had a special video call from a dental nurse to learn more about how to look after their teeth. The dental nurse showed the children how to brush their teeth using her big teeth and a giant toothbrush. She talked about how often they should be brushing their teeth and how much toothpaste to use. She also showed some of the tools she uses each day at work. Afterwards, Molly said, “She showed us a tool that spins around really fast and it can clean everyone’s teeth.” Blake added, “When you brush your teeth, you need a pea size bit of toothpaste. You brush for 2 minutes and Ellie said don’t forget your gums and tongue!”
