Circuit Training

24/01/2025

This week, all the children have had the chance to take part in circuit training at lunchtime which was organised by the school’s lunchtime sports leader. The children have taken part in short, ten-minute activities to keep their bodies active, strengthen the core muscles and burn calories. Some of the older children even adapted the cardio activities to work on their rugby skills whilst also keeping fit. Afterwards, Logan said, “We really enjoyed working on the weights as it is good to exercise different muscles that we don’t normally work on at play time.” Cienna added, “Doing circuit training gets the blood moving around my body more and keeps me fit for when I play other sports like football.”

Congratulations to the following children for winning an achievement award at Tuesday’s assembly.
